Jonny is a clever chap – he made us our own pizza oven – this was our first test drive and it worked a treat!.

Purpose built by hand and made from the old BBQ – not a brick was wasted – we even redesigned the deck with some lovely new wooden panels and seating for you to enjoy pizza al fresco

Our New Pizza making Experience

If you want to enjoy a night outdoors making pizza – we can start up the oven and create a personal pizza experience for you to enjoy

Learn how to set up with a traditional upside down fire, and hone your pizza skills with a pizza making experience. The oven takes a few hours for the fire to get going so if you want fresh hand made pizza be sure to mention it as you book so that we can make sure we have all the ingredients to hand.

As each pizza is a hand made artisan affair, we’re still working it out but we feel that £20 per person is a fair price for the ingredients used and the time it takes to set up the oven, create the fresh dough, and of course, offer you a glass of red or white wine.

Learn to roll out your own pizza and cook it in the oven and of course for dessert – a sweet pizza with marscapone cheese and fresh fruit

We’ll even make you some fresh wood fired pita breads while the oven is still hot to enjoy for the rest of your stay

Feel free to bring wine if you want to make a night of it and of course – enjoy the decking area for as long as you wish during your stay.

Veggie/Vegan

• Tomato Base Sauce, Mozzarella, Caramelised Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms, Sweetcorn

Fish

• Tomato Base Sauce, Mozzarella, Anchovies, Parmesan

You can of course also just mix and match on the day – we often have goats cheese, ham, sweetcorn – but remember – too much topping makes for a soggy pizza!
